Gift Shop The Museum’s Gift Shop offers a wide variety of merchandise and books relating to local history. Come browse through t-shirts and totes featuring the image of the 1885 Alachua County Courthouse, railroading and old-fashioned toys, locally made cane syrup, and books like Payne’s Prairie: A History of the Great Savannah and The History of Gainesville. In the shop visitors can also find a large collection of antique postcards from nearly all the counties in Florida, hand-colored illustrations from original Harpers’ Weekly pages, tins, bottles, and other antiques.
