Membership The Matheson Museum can carry out its mission of interpreting and preserving the history of Alachua County only with your help. Your membership dollars, at the regular and family level, provide us with consistent funding for programs, exhibitions, conservation work, and more. Membership also entitles you to notices of our exhibits and programs, our newsletter, invitations to special events, discounts on admission to certain programs, and a 10% discount in our Museum Shop. Memberships at higher donation levels have additional benefits: you can download a list of levels and benefits as well as a membership application. Simply complete the application and mail it to the address on the form along with your payment. We hope you will join us! Sarah Matheson Circle of Friends Sarah Matheson, the last resident of the Matheson House, was a great inspiration and benefactor to the Museum. In honor of her contributions, the Museum has created a special membership group for annual givers. Members of the Sarah Matheson Circle of Friends commit $500 annually ($250 for seniors) to the Museum. Your donation may be earmarked for a specific project.
