Renting the Facility The Museum is available for rent for parties, receptions, meetings and other special events. The 1,700-square foot Exhibit Hall can accommodate 200 people for a standing reception, 150 for a lecture or other seated presentation, and 120 for a seated dinner. The rental fee includes use of the Museum’s kitchen, tables, folding chairs, and podium. A $150.00 deposit is required to reserve a date; minimum rental is 2 event hours and 2 set-up hours. 	Set-up & Clean-up $80.00/hr Minimum rental is $350.00 plus tax; this includes 2 set up/clean up hours and 2 event hours. Rates for Non-Profit Organizations

	Set-up & Clean-up $60.00/hr Minimum rental is $260.00; this includes 2 set up/clean up hours and 2 event hours. Additional Fees Equipment/food drop off/pickup outside of rental hours: $35.00 (special permission required) Setup during Museum's open hours: $50.00 (special permission required) All Day Conferences Please Inquire Rental fee includes: kitchen, podium with microphone, 40 padded folding chairs, 2 10-foot folding tables, steward services, 2 6-foot rectangular tables, 5 8-foot rectangular tables.
